Using the nursing process and data collected from the previous weeks, develop an academic, professional audio/visual recording of yourself presenting your project.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that describes the assessment of your community, the diagnosis of the problem identified in Week 6, and your plan to improve or resolve the issue.  In part II of this course, BSNR 405C, you will continue this project by describing the implementation, interventions, and evaluation of your project.

1. Record yourself presenting your PowerPoint presentation using audio and visual media tools and upload in Panopto.
2. Include in your presentation:
   • The assessment of your community.
   • The diagnosis of a major issue impacting the health and welfare of your community.
   • The theoretical plan to improve or resolve the issue.
   • Twelve to 15 slides, not including the title or reference slide.
   • A minimum of three (3) APA 7^th edition formatted in-text citations within your slides. The final slide should be a reference slide that lists all resources used for the assignment.
