Follow these guidelines when completing each component of the assignment. Contact your course faculty if you have questions.

General Instructions

This week, you will submit proof of completion of the CITI Program Biomedical Research Basic course. The training program consists of 16 required modules. Once you have completed the modules, you will receive a certificate of completion and upload it to the Week 6 Dropbox.

Access the CITI Program homepageLinks to an external site. to register. Complete the following steps.

New Users

1. 1. Click Register.
   2. Select Your Organization Affiliation. Type in and select Chamberlain University.
      • Click the Terms of Service and affirm that you are an affiliate of Chamberlain University.
      • Click Create a CITI Program account.

3. Enter your personal information. Click Continue to complete Step 3.
4. Create a username and password and complete the security question. Click Continue to complete Step 4.
5. Enter your country of residence, answer the final question, and finalize your registration.
6. Select CE Credit Status. CE credits are available for the course but must be purchased separately. If you choose to buy CE credits, select YES. Otherwise, select NO. Submit your response.
7. Complete the Affiliate with an Institution page. Enter your Chamberlain email address. For Department, enter MSN. For Role, select Student Researcher- Graduate level. Select Next.
8. Select Curriculum: For Question 1, select the Biomedical Research Investigators course. For all other questions, select Not at this time.

9. Select Start Now and complete the 16 assigned modules. You must earn 80% on all modules to complete the course. Print your transcript and certificate upon course completion.

Existing Users

1. Login using your username and password.
2. Click on “My Profiles” to update any new information.
3. Continue with Step 8 above.
