An influence on my approach to leadership is non maleficence and trust. I want to ensure that my peers see me participating in care and in ensuring there is no harm done to our patients while they are receiving the best care possible. I want those that I lead to feel a sense of autonomy and trust in themselves while knowing I will always be there for them.
