In my work area, the physical ergonomic conditions are a desk, chair, keyboard, mouse, and
computer monitor. The desk that I use has a standard height that allows me to sit comfortably with
my arms at a 90-degree angle when typing. The chair that I am using has adjustable height, back
support, and armrest which allows for good posture and reduces the strain on my back and
shoulders. To avoid neck flexion, the computer monitor has been placed at eye level. However,
the lighting in the office at times can cause glare on the monitor screen hence leading to eye strain.
